Execution of electrical and automation installations for the new Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) at SSAB's Oxelösund mill in Sweden.
Our team is performing critical E&I works to support the transformation of one of Europe's most renowned steel producers. This project is a key milestone in SSAB's ambitious journey to revolutionize steelmaking by replacing its traditional blast furnaces with fossil-free electric arc furnaces.
The new EAF will enable SSAB to produce its unique SSAB Zero™ steel—made from recycled scrap and fossil-free energy—with significantly shorter lead times for the European market. Our work contributes directly to this green transition, supporting the production of high-performance steels like Hardox®, Strenx®, and Armox® with a dramatically reduced carbon footprint. By partnering with SSAB in Oxelösund, we are helping to build the fossil-free value chain of the future.
