Simple Cable Trays
This type of tray (PFL) is the best solution for the installation of instrumentation plants, in fact they are particularly suitable for the containment of low-section copper cables and pipes.
The simple ribs are economically advantageous and makes on-site adaptations extremely simple, a technique often used in instrumentation intallations.
Technical Notes
PFL cable trays are designed and manufactured in accordance with the CEI EN 61537 Class 23-76 standard and can be manufactured made of:
- carbon steel S235JR (UNI EN 10025) hot dip galvanized after working (ISO 1461)
- stainless steel AISI 304
- stainless steel AISI 316L
- pre-galvanized carbon steel Sendzimir type, S250GD Z200 (UNI EN 10147)
- aluminium
PFL cable trays are obtained by cold-profiling of coils, bending radii of special pieces take into consideration the CEI 11-17 standard, which settles the minimum bending radius according to cable's diameter: on request, we can supply bending radii other than standard one (150mm).
Standard covers are plane type and 1,00mm thick: on request, we can supply different thickness and shapes (flowing type, reinforced, ventilation louvers, draining holes...).
Capacity Load
PFL cable trays have been tested through strict tests, to define the maximum admissible load (SWL - Safe Working Load) in compliance with the CEI EN 61537 standard.
